Custom Home Improvements completed a new bathroom in the basement. The upstairs bathroom was also gutted and remodeled.
A bathroom remodel project done by a different contractor ten years ago was a disaster. When selecting a company for this remodel project we took our time and asked a lot of questions. Our initial contact with the company was great. We were not rushed. The processes were explained thoroughly and suggestions were offered freely.
The timeframe for the work to be completed was tight because of family and employment commitments. A schedule of about two weeks was agreed upon by us and Custom Home Improvement. We were given the task of selecting the fixtures etc. They provided great guidance. When selecting the floor and wall tiles, the salesman in the tile store was familiar with the company and spoke highly of the work completed by them.
Three crews completed the demolition and construction of the bathrooms and the laying of the kitchen floor. All of them were professional and thorough. Care was taken to protect furniture, rugs etc. Disruption of the house was kept to a minimum. Tools were kept out of the way of an elderly resident and a blind older family dog. Even through two visits to the emergency room, and a visit by the paramedics, the crew kept on working and completed the job in less than the two week period.
The quality of workmanship was excellent. We are very happy with the final product and would use them in the future for more remodeling needs. We also would recommend Custom Home Improvement without question.

From the very beginning, we had a good feeling about Custom Home Improvements. The promptness, presentation and professionalism were impressive, even when we had a quote for a lower price to remodel our bathroom. Their willingness to work with us, creative suggestions brought fourth for a challenging shower area, helped us make our decision. The workers were always on time and courteous and made sure to cover all areas where they walked, worked and stored materials. Wes was also here overseeing things and making sure we got what we ordered. This was our first remodeling project and we were quite apprehensive. With Custom Home Improvements, we found that we had nothing to be nervous about and we would recommend them (as we already have) and certainly use them again for future renovations.

Words could never describe how much we are enjoying our new bathroom!!!
Travis and I watched our bathrooms go from outdated to depressing over a 10 year period. We actually spends hundreds, maybe thousands of dollars addressing some of the individual issues with out any long term success or cosmetic improvements.
We had remodeling done in our home before and while it made a great improvement to the room we had done, it was a life disrupting experience. We were expecting an equally traumatic experience when we contracted you to do two bathrooms at the same time.
We were delighted at our inaccurate forecast. The workers came in and at the same time in the morning every day. They curtained off the room they were demolishing, making certain that a minimal amount of dust and dirt left the room. They cleaned up every night before they left.
The work they did was impeccable. Our very old house is crooked. Travis and I never considered how difficult the tile border we selected would be in a sloping bathroom. Somehow, through skilled craftsmanship, they made the bathroom stunning, using the border we selected.
The crew was hard working, skilled and really nice. We is a true creative visionary and his trained eye and his knowledge guided the crew through some "old house" surprises!
The work was done on time and on budget.
Our new bathrooms are simply gorgeous, the envy of our friends and families (many of whom have much larger and newer homes). We have started entertaining again and we give out your phone number regularly.
Now we enjoy getting ready for work in the morning. Travis and I agree that the quality of life in our home has been greatly increased by the work that you have done.
